PKCO, LLC d/b/a Caliber Integrations builds this site so that people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or reduced-motion settings can read it and act on it. This page describes what that means in practice, what we have checked, and what we know is still imperfect.
What we aim for
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is a goal we work to, not a certification. This site has not been audited by a third party and we do not publish a VPAT.
What this site does today
- Every page opens with a "Skip to content" link, so a keyboard user can jump past the navigation instead of tabbing through it.
- Every page has one main heading, headings in order, and standard landmark regions, so screen-reader users can navigate by structure.
- Everything you can do with a mouse can be done with a keyboard, and the focused element is drawn with a visible outline we define ourselves rather than leaving it to the browser.
- Body text meets or exceeds a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background, large text meets 3:1, and the form fields and the focus indicator meet the 3:1 minimum that applies to interface elements. These were measured by calculation across every text and background pair the site uses, including the cases where transparency stacks, rather than estimated by eye.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; images that are purely decorative are hidden from assistive technology instead of being announced.
- The application form labels every field, and its confirmation and error messages are announced to screen readers rather than only shown.
- If your system is set to reduce motion, the animated intro, the scroll-driven sections, and the page transitions are stripped back to static content.
- The site declares its language and works at 320px width upward.
Known limitations
- Our own testing is manual and automated checks by the team that built the site. It is not an independent audit, and self-testing misses things.
- On large screens the "How an engagement runs" section advances as you scroll. A reduced-motion setting replaces it with a plain stacked version, but if you use that section without reduced motion and find it hard to follow, tell us.
- We have not tested every combination of browser, operating system, and assistive technology. If yours behaves differently from what is described here, that is worth reporting.
Telling us about a barrier
If any part of this site stops you from doing what you came to do, email contact@caliberintegrations.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within five business days and to tell you either the fix or the timeline for one. If something is blocking you from contacting us about an engagement, say so in the email and we will arrange another way to talk.
