This policy explains how PKCO, LLC d/b/a Caliber Integrations ("Caliber," "we," "us") handles personal information through caliberintegrations.com and related pre-engagement contact and scheduling. It does not replace the data terms in a signed client agreement.
Information we collect
- Contact and intake information. The application form collects your name, email address, business name, and the message you choose to submit.
- Scheduling information. If you use a Cal.com booking link, we may receive the attendee name and email, event details, scheduled times, location, booking status, and event identifier.
- Technical and security information. Our hosting and security services process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and request timing. We use an IP address temporarily for rate limiting and use Vercel BotID to screen form submissions for automated abuse.
- Site-use information. Vercel Analytics provides measurements about visits and page use so we can understand how the site performs.
Please do not put passwords, payment-card details, government ID numbers, protected health information, children's information, or other sensitive or regulated data in the application form.
How we use information
- To review and respond to an inquiry.
- To schedule and manage a call you request.
- To prepare for a call and evaluate whether Caliber is a fit.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- To comply with law and protect Caliber, visitors, and others.
Submitting the form does not automatically send your message to an AI service. See AI assistance below for how we may use one afterwards. Any AI processing for paid client work is governed by the applicable signed agreement and statement of work.
AI assistance
When we prepare for a call, we may use an AI assistant — currently Anthropic's Claude — to help summarize what you sent and draft an initial plan. A person reviews and edits anything drafted that way before it reaches you. No AI system makes a decision about you.
Whether that content is used to improve a provider's models, and how long it is kept, depends on the exact product, plan, and account settings we use and on that provider's current terms. We will not promise you a single universal setting: submitting feedback or a bug report, a provider's own safety review, or an explicit opt-in can each change how content is handled. Because of that, we share only the business details we need, and we ask you not to put sensitive or regulated information in the form.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers to operate the site and scheduling:
- Supabase stores application and booking records.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides Analytics and BotID security services.
- Cal.com handles scheduling when you choose to use a Cal.com booking link.
- Anthropic provides the Claude assistant we may use to help prepare for a call, as described under AI assistance.
- Google Workspace handles business email when we respond to an inquiry.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights or safety, or establish and defend legal claims. We do not currently sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Tracking and Do Not Track
Caliber does not currently use advertising pixels or allow advertising networks to collect activity on this site over time and across other websites for targeted advertising. Our site does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no generally accepted response standard. Providers acting for us may process request and site-use information as described above. A third- party page you choose to visit, including Cal.com, applies its own privacy practices.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the status of an inquiry or engagement, security and dispute needs, contractual commitments, and applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Different records can require different periods. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups and legal holds.
Your choices
You may email contact@caliberintegrations.com to ask what information we hold about you or request correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies. If Caliber sends a commercial marketing email, it will provide an opt-out method.
Indiana consumer privacy rights
If the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act applies to our handling of your information, an Indiana consumer acting only in an individual or household context may have rights to confirm access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, a sale of personal data, or certain profiling. The Act does not cover every visitor: its thresholds, exemptions, and exclusion for people acting in a commercial or employment context matter. We do not currently sell personal information, use targeted advertising, or use profiling to make legal or similarly significant decisions.
Send a request or an appeal of a denied request to contact@caliberintegrations.com. Where the Act applies, we generally respond within 45 days; one 45-day extension may be available when permitted and after notice. We generally respond to an appeal within 60 days where that process applies. We may use proportionate identity verification and will explain an applicable exception or limitation.
If we deny an appeal, we will also give you a way to contact the Indiana Attorney General to submit a complaint. That office accepts a Consumer Data Privacy Act complaint at in.gov/attorneygeneral/consumer-protection-division/file-a-complaint.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No transmission, storage system, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
This business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
United States processing
Caliber is based in Indiana and offers services to United States businesses. Information may be processed in the United States, where privacy protections may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this policy
We will post an updated policy and effective date here. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice appropriate to the change before it applies where required.
Related
Use of this site is also governed by our website terms. If you are a client, the data terms in your signed agreement control for the work we do for you.
